Tokyo (dpa) - Japan plans to finance with a multi-billion special budget, the cost of rebuilding after the earthquake and tsunami disaster. The Cabinet of Prime Minister Naoto Kan agreed a draft budget of the equivalent of some 33 billion euros. It is presented to Parliament next Thursday and is expected on 2 May be adopted. To finance are to be deleted including previously planned expenditure such as the increase in child benefit.
